For this project, I developed a mobile application called "Ease", designed to promote emotional well-being and support mental health. The concept was inspired by the idea of creating something with meaningful impact. It is an accessible tool to help users manage their thoughts and emotions.
Ease is a free app that offers features such as journaling, mood tracking, guided meditation, memory sharing, daily reflection prompts, and access to a wide range of mental health resources. It was created with the intention of giving users a safe space to express themselves, process their experiences, and find calm whether they're at home or on the go.
